Copyright-licensed map service

Could you tell us about the overview of the service?

F-map a copyright-licensed map service, is a copyright-licensed map service that can be used for a wide range of purposes, including flyers, advertisements, vehicle registration, various documents, and property registration on REINS (Real Estate Information Network).

With an overwhelming cost performance starting at just 50 yen per sheet, and no restrictions on printing or web use, you can use it with peace of mind.

Please tell me about your implementation track record.

Since its implementation, the system has been adopted by many companies because it resolves copyright infringement and compliance issues, and enables original customization of printing and maps.
Recently, the demand has expanded beyond real estate companies to include government offices, the construction industry, administrative scrivener offices, and the use of designers, among other sectors.

However, many small and medium-sized businesses and individuals still have a low awareness of copyright infringement through the unauthorized use of maps, and are unwilling to incur costs for using maps.
Our F-map service offers minimal costs and virtually no restrictions on its use or application, making it a reliable choice for many users.

Please tell us why you chose it.

Our company primarily provides software for real estate operations.
We were troubled by numerous inquiries from customers saying, "We want to use maps from portal sites in printed materials such as flyers and advertisements, but we can't because we don't have permission to use them." However, we have now entered into a usage agreement with "MapFan API," which has enabled us to provide a service that allows for secondary processing and various printing of map images.

Regarding future prospects

Initially, this map service was developed for real estate businesses, but we found that there is actually a need for map output in many different industries.
We will continue to add features to meet a wide range of usage needs.
