"CHIKYUGO" - A vehicle operation management system for the transportation industry.
System Development Co.,Ltd
By understanding detailed operational information, we can improve the quality of transportation.
Please tell me about the product.
CHIKYUGO is a system that accumulates and makes maximum use of data from HORIBA digital tachographs, allowing for a detailed understanding of operational activities.
By gaining a detailed understanding of the operational details, and by evaluating drivers and providing safety guidance, it is possible to improve the quality of transportation.
Furthermore, by automating the creation of daily reports and the output of documents, it is possible to reduce the workload on drivers and improve operational efficiency.
By also implementing the subsystems "Kinsei-go" (vehicle dynamic management system) and "Suisei-go" (vehicle trajectory management system), it becomes possible to grasp the vehicle status in real time, issue instructions, and check work history.
Please tell me about your implementation track record.
The entire fleet management system is used by approximately 60,000 units and about 3,000 companies.
Our dynamic/tracking management system has been implemented in approximately 6,000 units and used by approximately 300 companies.

Could you tell me about the distinctive features of the system?
We've incorporated visually appealing and user-friendly features. Here are some examples of these features:
- ① Register your location while confirming the location.
- You can register customer addresses, delivery destinations, and other unique location names while viewing them on a map.
The registered information will be reflected in the "CHIKYUGO" database and included in daily reports, etc. The registered location can be displayed as an icon on the map. - ② Route search that allows you to check the delivery route in advance.
- This tool searches for routes by specifying the "origin," "intermediate points," and "destination." It is also useful for calculating distances to new delivery locations.
Furthermore, since the search results can be saved and reloaded, there is no need to perform the search again in the same location.
You can also print out the map and distribute it to drivers for their use.

Could you tell me why you chose MapDK5?
Since I had been using it since the MapDK4 era, I decided to stick with MapDK5.
At the time, we chose MapDK because it was easy to build systems with and it had a proven track record, having been adopted by many system integrators.
What are your plans for the future?
In recent times, the business environment for transportation companies has become increasingly challenging.
I believe there is a growing need for dynamic management aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening compliance in terms of safety.
To make our system accessible to even more customers, we want to pursue ease of implementation and user-friendliness tailored to each customer's specific situation.
