This system easily and effortlessly standardizes the various address formats prevalent in Japan, and by regularly cleaning the address section of customer master data, it eliminates unnecessary costs for data matching and direct mailings.
Furthermore, using the Romanization-compatible version makes it easy to convert customer addresses written in Japanese into Roman letters in bulk.
Furthermore, the geocoding version allows for the addition of latitude and longitude coordinates along with address information cleaning, making it easy to import large amounts of customer data into a GIS (Geographic Information System).

Could you tell me about the uses of your company's map products?

This data is stored as address master data when performing address normalization (cleansing) and latitude/longitude coordinate assignment (geocoding) processes on packaged products.

Could you tell us about the circumstances and deciding factors that led you to adopt our map products?

The data is updated regularly, and it has a proven track record and reliability as address data for car navigation systems and the map site "MapFan". Romanized address information is also available.

Following the enforcement of the Personal Information Protection Act, our services are used by a wide range of customers (over 1,000 companies) across various industries and business types, including companies in finance, insurance, credit, mail order, loyalty card, real estate, distribution/retail, delivery, and telecommunications carriers that can no longer outsource the cleansing process of large amounts of customer information, as well as infrastructure companies, manufacturing companies, construction companies, government agencies, associations, foundations, and independent administrative agencies.

Because the product includes an API that allows integration with various systems owned by the customer (CRM/SFA/BI, etc.), we have received positive feedback from many customers who say that it not only helps them reduce costs but also improves operational efficiency.
