By utilizing the multilingual map display function of the "MapFan API," we have achieved map display using the characters used in mainland China (simplified Chinese).
Specifically, on the property details screen, the location of the property and a map of the surrounding area are displayed in simplified Chinese, and other nearby properties are also displayed on the map in simplified Chinese.
In recent years, we have been using this to increase customer acquisition in response to the growing demand from Chinese investors.

Could you tell us about the circumstances that led you to choose our service, and what were the deciding factors?

Because we had previously used "MapFan" on another of our websites, and because other companies' map APIs are not viewable from mainland China, we adopted the "MapFan API" which supports simplified Chinese characters.

Could you tell us about your future plans?

As a whole, our real estate brokerage service for foreigners aims to increase the number of investment properties we handle, as demand for these properties is growing compared to residential properties. We also plan to more prominently feature investment properties on our website.

In addition, regarding maps, we plan to improve convenience by adding a "Search by Map" function that allows users to search for properties near their current location or a location specified on the map.
